We will refund you in full if a project has not started within 7 days of making payment. If you don't want us to start the project at all, you can ask for a full refund within 48 hours only of making payment. This applies to all non-business days. For example, if you make a purchase on Friday, you must cancel by Sunday the latest to receive a refund. If you contact us to cancel a project that has already begun, we will deduct proportionally and refund you accordingly. If you are not satisfied with an incomplete portion of the service, you can get proportional refund for the remaining service.

In the event that incorrect information was provided by you, we will not refund a partial amount or full amount in case that a project has commenced and/or has been completed. To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within thirty (30) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering), your PayPal name or email-address and tell us why you're requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are not being provided for services delivered in full such as installation service and provided knowledge base hosting service. Refunds are being processed within 21 days period.
